Advisory:  This policy is made available to you in many ways. 

It is always available as our Return/Cancelation Policy on our websites www.christiantoren.LA www.christiantoren.com and others.  It was provided at the time of ordering by way of your Order document (see your Agreement Section signature);  if in-person, by verbal advisory at order time;  and by link if by email; and also provided by verbal instruction when ordered by phone.

Company reserves the right to change its Policy/Policies at any time, and my provide prior published website notice. If you are voluntarily on the company's Newsletter list(s), you may also receive a Notice of Policy change through our direct Newsletter email.  Lastly, it is available by direct Search Engine access – enter Christian Toren Policy.

 

Basic Return/Cancellation Policy

Our basic policy, is NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS.  We may have alternative methods to remedy or otherwise address any concern (see below).  If NOT a book, or physical material product, you MUST telephone us to relay your concerns, within 10 days of Service or product ordering.

 

MAIN CONTENT SECTION

1) Material Products are non-refundable

They may be exchanged for defective cause:
Exchange requests are allowable for defective cause, and is necessary fifteen (15) days from the date of Order, by eMail ( [email protected]  or [email protected] ). Products and/or materials are shipped “Registered,” and may be Insured (as an order option.)  You must retain this record to facilitate an exchange – include a legible image with your Email.

Products and/or materials returned must be in original condition. Company will determine if you need to return the product or material if said product is defective (eg: torn cover.)

You are required to contact the company prior to return or exchange to establish a Return Authorization, which allows us to properly manage this transaction. You should do this by Email.  You [might] be able do this by phone, in which your eligibility will be verified, and if so a Return Authorization will be established. If you use Email, you will receive an Email Confirmation of your Return Authorization if your request complies with our Policy; or otherwise, an explanation of why your request is invalid based on established Policy.

Product and/or materials acquisitions at in-person speaker's events, and conferences, may be exchanged directly on the day(s) of said events.

 

 

2) Books are non-refundable

They may be exchanged for defective cause:

3) Counseling services ALREADY DELIVERED

These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
These are fully delivered in-person or by-phone, and were both reserved and scheduled by your written authorization, or oral Order, and by oral agreement if by phone. 

It is our CONSISTENT Policy on Orders to tell you up-front, there are no cancellations or refunds – we require you to have done your research, gained all necessary understanding, and have your dates available.

What has been purchased [actually] is the time of a qualified expert. What was delivered was the counseling of an Expert Mentor/Counselor.

From either party's perspective, there is no presumption or requirement of your agreement for the satisfaction with the expert's information, or the solution(s)and recommendation(s) provided. Mentor/Counselor has 40 years + of multi-discipline counseling expertise, and is qualified to provide mentoring, and spiritual guidance - your Order acknowledges this expertise. You have also previously agreed to the following:

In virtually every case/session, the Expert will seek your understanding and validation of essential information throughout the course of every phase of the discussion. Expert WILL ALWAYS have specific recommendations of action(s) YOU MUST perform in order to bring about the change(s) in your life that you desire.

Validations and instructions are automatically captured on your Session recording – we provide one free of charge (though, electronic recording cannot be guaranteed), and you are free to record your Session. Counseling sessions ALWAYS include your statement of understanding, validation of the facts available to you, the logic being applied to those facts, and the reasonableness of the conclusion(s) and necessary actions to be taken.

 


4) Undelivered In-person Counseling

This also pertains to Training classes

The original session would have been held at a produced Event - They are not refundable. However, they may be rescheduled only if requested by Email or if you have a phone confirmation within 10 days of Order. In no case may you reschedule within 10 days of the event.

When you make a Reservation, and schedule a same-day or same-event session, your commitment is not refundable. However, they may be rescheduled.

It is our CONSISTENT Policy on Orders to tell you up-front, there are no cancellations or refunds – we require you to have done your research, gained all necessary understanding, and have your dates available.

Your lack of attendance will result in a loss to the company. However, as a courtesy and if you cannot attend, cannot wait for your scheduled time, if it has been delayed by a prior client, or prefer either a different day, venue or means of delivery, we WILL try to accommodate you. There will be no additional charge if another venue or means of delivery is typically at a higher price, nor are you changed a fee for scheduling changes. Nonetheless, rescheduled sessions must be requested within 10-days of your Order.

Rescheduled sessions continue the remaining conditions of the form of delivery of the original Order.

 

5) Phone Counseling session that are NOT DELIVERED

Phone Mentoring, and any counseling Session is not refundable. However, they may be rescheduled (but not exchanged) only if requested by Email or if you have a phone confirmation within 10 days of Order. In no case may you reschedule more than 10 days after missing your Session.

When you make a Reservation, and schedule a same-day or same-event session, your commitment is not refundable. However, they may be rescheduled.

6) At-Event Lectures, Seminars, Workshops and Book Signings

These are Presentations. Presentations is not refundable. However, they may be rescheduled (but not exchanged) only if requested by Email or if you have a phone confirmation within 10 days of Order.

Presentations are based on the varied Experts' wisdom, experience and expertise and is offered as an informative source, and entertainment. No warranty expressed or implied is given as to your satisfaction, acceptance or experiences. You may not understand, perceive, see or experience any particulars of the subject as these abilities pertain selectively to any one's condition to relate.

It is our CONSISTENT Policy on phone orders to tell you up-front, there are no cancellations or refunds – we require you to have done your research, gained all necessary understanding, and have your dates available.

(Applies to all variants stated above)

 

DISCLAIMER: Regardless Mentor/Counselor Expert's understanding, awareness and experience with the matters your session(s) pertain to, you are formally advised to consult your personal professional Financial Advisors, Lawyers, Doctors, and counselors. In some cases, this is legally advisable or required, and in this case and others said personal counselors have specific knowledge and expertise, and on-going familiarity with your matters.

 

RECORDING:  A digital Recording of your Session (or attendance) will be attempted - your Order is your permission to allow the company to record your session for your later convenience. Your Session is private information and is not made available to anyone other than you, or the person sharing your session, and in some cases the person placing the Order. None the less, it is provided totally complimentary as your session was delivered in-person or by phone, and recording technology cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, you may not request a refund, exchange, alteration or rescheduling due to a loss, inability to access, or an actual ineffective recording. For your convenience, if a Recording still exists you may request another Link to be emailed to you. Digital recordings are maintained for 30-days, so such request must be made within that time-frame. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to receive and preserve your session recording by way of a valid email link, and to download your session to your cell phone, tablet, device or media, or to a personal computer, for your subsequent use and review.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY:

You have acknowledged under the conditions of Ordering that:

  1. You are the entity that placed the Order, paid for the Order, reserved the Order, scheduled the Order, signed for the Order if in-person, placed the order if Online, and agreed to the Order and its conditions (all must apply.)
  2. You are required to provide a personal, valid and workable email for ANY purchase. This is necessary for us to provide (1) your receipt, (2) your digital session recordings, and (3) serves as an authorized proxy to your signature for all subsequent Orders, continuations, reorders and/or records of transactions, complaints, and requests.
  3. You are 18 years of age or older, and can prove it.
  4. You are a U.S. citizen, and can prove it.
  5. You are competent in the English language, written and orally.
  6. You are competent to understand the conditions of the Return and Cancellation Policy, and any and all related Order Policies of the Company.
  7. You have no physical or mental conditions or impediments that would prevent you from placing an Order, transacting its payment, agreeing to its terms, AND undertaking counseling session(s) provided by Company... or from using its products and materials, and/or understanding its Books and materials.
  8. You have the legal right to enter into Orders, Agreement(s)/Contract(s) with Company
  9. You are the actual holder of any and all Credit Card(s) or Debit Card(s) that may have been/ or will be used to consummate your Order(s), and/or Agreement(s)/Contract(s) with this company.
  10. You have SIGNED the written authorization Order at any In-person session, Book Signing event, or Workshop or Seminar event, or Training class.  Your attendance at any delivered Seminar, Workshop or Training class is an affirmation that you will abide by all the rules, regulations, requirements of said event.
  11. You have authorized any and all Credit Card or Debit Card financial transactions that are associated with your Order(s), and are willing to be fully accountable to the Company's written terms, policies and conditions. Note, such written Terms and Conditions may have changed after your initial Order.
  12. You (the Ordering entity) will not enter into any form of dispute, complaint, charge-back, arbitration or legal action without first contacting Company (1) by phone (818.588.3585) - providing full name and contact information, history, transaction records, credit card recorded references, and (2) providing Company 10-days written notice (by email: [email protected]), to include a detailed and itemized complaint, and a request for Company's reasonable remedy. You will provide Company and any arbitrator(s) any and all related documents, records, receipts and recordings.
  13. You acknowledge that the Company retains the original of your written, dated and signed Order for the sole purpose of satisfying legal requirements, credit disputes, or to help you understand your ordering history.
  14. If you are requesting support for child, an elder, someone who is an invalid, someone who suffers from an incompetence, or has a dependency such as medications, drinking or drugs that can impair their awareness, YOU are accepting full responsibility for the validation and acting upon the validity of the information provided, and ensure that you have access to the information and recordings in order to perform this authentication. You must also provide insight on said condition(s) to the Expert(s) of the Company.
  15. If your request for support are more typically provided by a responsible Professional, then you are acknowledging that you have pursued and exhausted these alternative and determined that they offer no benefit or satisfaction, …and/or that this Session or Service is in addition to your own responsible efforts.
  16. Schedules may be reasonably (though tightly) affected by Holidays, Leap Year, birthdays, Disasters and Acts of God.
  17. All exchanges are always in U.S. Currency.
  18. Inspiration and spiritual influence is an expectation of Mentor and counseling services. You acknowledge that you are seeking this extra-ordinary insight, and accept it as a perspective.

OVERAGES:  If your Order/orders is/are a continuation of time, or a re-order following a previously paid-for Credit Card order, then you are pre-authorizing any charges for this additional mentor/counseling time - if you request it or otherwise agreed to it (such agreement is usually digitally recorded) - and you further pre-authorize the continued use of your Credit Card for subsequent sessions made at your request, in-person.
